When We Feel Fragile, God’s Strength Shines Through By Tiffany Leiseth

This week, I was struggling. My hormones were all over the place—I’m on my period, my ADHD symptoms are heightened, and I’ve been on the verge of tears or frustration all week. To be honest, I didn’t feel like I was in the right headspace to guide anyone in their faith or fitness journey. The stress of remembering all the kids’ activities and meetings, alongside my own to-do list, felt overwhelming.

But instead of giving in to the chaos, I prayed. I asked God for guidance and for Him to use me as a vessel. It was then that He answered me in the most beautiful way—through a song. “Fragile” by Natalie Layne played at just the right time, and it resonated so deeply in my soul. That song became my inspiration for our Faith & Fitness meeting this week.

The message was clear: It’s okay to be fragile. It’s okay to feel weak or vulnerable. And in those moments of fragility, God’s strength shines through even more brightly. We don’t need to have all the answers or be at our best to show up and serve. Sometimes, it’s in showing up as we are, imperfections and all, that we can make the biggest impact.

As I led the class, I was reminded that God doesn’t ask us to be perfect, just willing. I may not have felt in control, but He was, and that’s enough. We moved our bodies, released our burdens to God, and embraced the truth that His grace is sufficient for us—even in our weakest moments.

Why This Matters

Sharing this experience is a reminder for all of us that we don’t need to wait for the “perfect” moment or for everything to align in our lives to be of service or to pursue our dreams. Showing up—whether for ourselves, our families, or our faith—is enough. It’s in these moments of vulnerability that God works through us.

I’m so thankful for the ladies who joined me at the meeting. Together, we embraced the idea of fragility, vulnerability, and strength through faith. And for those who couldn’t make it this week, I invite you to join us next time. Let’s continue this journey together, lifting each other up and trusting that God is leading us, even when we feel fragile.

Next Week’s Invitation

If you’re looking for a space where faith and fitness come together in a supportive community, I’d love to have you join us next week. Let’s continue to show up, no matter what’s going on in our lives, and trust that God will do His work through us. 💪🙏

Let’s keep moving forward, knowing that in our moments of fragility, God’s power is perfected. You are not alone. We are in this together—stronger through Him.
